My name is Hector Montalvo.  I am a 39 year old father of 3 who lives in the city of Methuen.

My platform is Government accountability.

What does that mean?
It means that our elected officials are ignoring the real issues that normal citizens face every day.  They do not have the people’s best interest in mind and ignore us knowing that their actions have no consequences. 

They have signed bills that they haven't read.
They have change laws to protect one group over another.
The very same laws that are supposed to protect us are being ignored. 
They ignore the will of the people.

We need to take back our Government!

I am not a Republican or a Democratic, or even an independent. 
I am an AMERICAN.  An American who will work for the ALL the people of this state,Not for special interest groups, not for lobbyists, but for all people.

I will work to make VAWA gender neutral. I Will fight to bring a national Equal Shared parenting bill.  I Will fight to reform Title IV d to bring back the incentives that allow fathers to stay in the home.

I will fight to ensure that all laws that protects all, Men, Women, and Children's rights, Are protected.

I will fight to ensure that Every American enjoy their rights to be equal
under the law 

If you want an official who will work for you, who will have open dialog with the people, then I need your support to pass this on. 
We need to take back our Government.

But what I do have is the willingness to go out and talk with the people about the real issues that we face, not only in one community, but all over this state.

What I do have is my word and the knowledge that our current government is broken.
The family and probate court is supposed to protect our children and act in their best interest, yet it is the very first system to abuse them. 

Every citizen should feel safe and know that if they ever need help, it is just around the corner.   Under my plan, the police and fire departments will be strengthened.

The time has come to cut cost and stop wasteful spending!  

We have elected people in office today, who have signed bills without reading them.
Change Laws to benitfit a particular group.
Refused to act on a voter request to protect the laws of this state.
To act on "What's in the best intersted of a child"
To make laws, that are fair for everybody in this state
Cover up after cover up.
Books being banned, Lawyers being disbarred for exposing Corruption.

I believe in small government, fiscal responsibility, and a strict adherence to the constitution.
 
I will work for the people, The people are our forum of Government, and when the Government fails to do what they were elected to do.
Then we the people must stand up and show them,  they will be held accountable,
We the people do that, by using the only rights we have, In any Election (OUR VOTE) 
  
If you want a government, who will work for you, Who will have open dialog with the people, Then I need your support to pass this on, We can do this, and force
change if we the people work together.

I believe with my positive message I can win, and win the hearts of the people of Massachusetts, I could do it, with your support.  

I know What is like to make a call, and be blown off, 
I understands what is like to send an email, and get no response, except "Thank you for contacting our office" when dealing with some state agency.
 
We need Judges to be held accountable for the decision they make,
Judges take oath to uphold the laws of this state, Not break the law that they are required to follow..  

Let's Get rid of the programs that haven't worked, and keep the once that are working.
Provide funding to those who are willing to give a little, Not demand it all. 

I agree to disagree On the issues, I will not attack personally any of the other Candidates,
I will not play those games, as it has been done in every election we have seen. 

I stated, I am open minded, and willing to work with all those,   who have the people's issues at heart.  The real issues effecting us.

I won't refuse to act,   If a story on the news effect us, and calls for some type of action,
The people's Government  will act on the spot.
I will not hide behind, lawyers, unions, payoff's, or Corruptions 

I will work for the people of this state, Like no other has ever done for you,
THE VOTERS, 

Education:
The children of this state deserve to have the tools needed to get ahead in life.
Why are so many teachers, being let go for speaking up against the bosses.
Parents are labeled difficult, as they try to solve problems with the school administrators.

It's time we change or force change in how Government treat the people after they are elected.  
                    ELECT everybody new and who has never held office, And watch how change start coming our way
